Yes, the 120GB is similar but a little different. If anything it is actually easier.
We haven’t got a video for the 120GB currently but we may have one in the upcoming weeks.

How do you replace the LCD on the 120gb Zune cause its not the same way as an 80gb Zune.

I play football and after Practice i take my shower and i always put my zune in my pocket all the time, my zune scrub pad always ges a litlle wet but today i pulled my zune out of my pocket and dried it off, but didnt use it at the time, so after school today i turned on my zune but my zune didnt want to scroll ,so what do i do?

hey my touch pad on my 80 gig zune is messed up and i took it all apart just like ur video and found out i did all of that and cant fix the touch pad at ALL.. every time i press down it goes up and the touch feature doesnt work at all so i push on the pad hard and then push the pad on a direction down hard and then it works for a bit, then it goes back to not workn right, then i let the battery die out then recharge it and press play on music and it says song cannot be played file missing. help?

As far as the tape goes, do i just reapply it when putting it back together?

btw zune i guess doesnt want you replacing the 2nd gen batteries. i wanted to change it as well but its all soldered to the motherboard and the wires taped to the battery. its fuckin stupid. but what ever.

once you see its kinda pulled apart, dig deep and pop off one more clip about an inch down. from that point on you can almost just pull the rest of the clips off by hand(and nails).
more pro tips:
push screws hard so you dont strip them.
to release the ribbons, its a black strip that needs to be lifted up.
make sure all the ribbons are fully connected.
i didnt mess with the antenna or popped off any screens i just replaced the harddrive, motherboard and battery.
